Booking a Cruise through Planet Cruise The representative I spoke to was Jo. Jo answered all my question regarding where our cabins would be situated especially as my friend who has never been on a cruise didn’t want to be at the front of ship where there might be turbulence. Jo was Patient and found us 2 cabins next to each other in the middle of the ship. We asked if we could call back to confirm booking. This was not a problem. Even though Jo wasn’t going to be in the next day, I was told any representative would be able to help us. Booking the cruise the next day was easy and not too much trouble for the representative. I was very happy with the service.
