Princess Cruises Highlights
Customer reviews for Princess Cruises
Excellent value for money. Excellent food, excellent overall!
Our first cruise with Princess and the whole experience from checking in to disembarkation was incredible. They are so well organised, efficient and thoughtful in everything they do. We loved the ship - she was so beautiful - and there's always something to do. The crew work so hard and are so kind and helpful. We completed the whole itinerary in full and the excursions organised through Princess were just what we needed for our first ever visit to these locations. We will definitely cruise with Princess again.
The friendliest, happiest and most helpful cruise ship staff we have ever encountered. Boarding was an absolute breeze. The Medallion system really works and is a great idea. The ship was beautiful and very well designed, the cabin was wonderful though a little more drawer space would have been welcomed. The dining options were numerous and welcoming. The food did vary in quality however, for the most part it was plentiful, varied and well cooked however meat tended to be a little undercooked and needed to be trimmed of excess fat. Alfredo's pizza was excellent, Sabatini Trattoria speciality dining was also excellent, the main dining rooms were very good. Most of the other complimentary and casual dining options were good but the International Cafe was where the food although offered numerous choices is where the meat was often undercooked. Speciality dining in the Crown Grill was a little disappointing as the main steak course was not as good as we would have liked although extremely large it was a little tough yet undercooked. I would however recommend the ship and have booked another cruise next year on the same ship.
First time cruising with Princess. Wonderful experience overall. Ship was fabulous, everything catered for board. Staff and crew were fantastic - so helpful. I noticed how happy and relaxed they all were - it really made our experience a happy one. We missed Vigo due to the weather which was rough but the ship and facilities meant we didn’t mind this at all. We met some lovely people that we will keep in touch with. Thank you Planet Cruises for helping us to have a wonderful holiday.
