Yesterday I had my first dealing with Planet Cruise, although my wife watches your TV show regularly. I must say that how impressed I was with the knowledge and helpfulness of your team. The guy who looked after me yesterday was called John, he guided me through your booking process, sorted my cruise, hotel and travel arrangements for me with ease and nothing was to much trouble. He made the whole booking process so easy and comfortable, I just sat back listend and said yes. Once again many thanks for the great service and the help received from John.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say a HUGE THANK YOU for an awesome cruise holiday booked with yourselves. I did the transatlantic cruise with Independence of the Seas from Southampton to Fort Lauderdale in November. I had a night in a lovely Fort Lauderdale hotel with a good flight back to the UK including smooth transfers from cruise ship to hotel and from the hotel to the airport.
This was my first cruise holiday booked with Planet Cruise which I did on my own, and it went off so smoothly with no hassles with transfers, overnight and return flight.
Thank you very much, I will definitely be booking another cruise with yourselves - it was just so hassle free and easy!
I'd also like to add that I just love your Planet Cruise show every week and don't miss it for the world!

I want to thank your staff for the proffessionalism that have shown through out my booking.
I first spoke to Suzanne yesterday morning with my enquiry. She was able to answer every question I had without hesitation, an excellent member of staff. I was so happy with dealing with her that I wanted to book there and then. However, there was another couple that wanted to be with us and I needed to pass on all the information before a decssion could be made.
Suzanne advised me to talk with the other couple , and then come back as soon as possible and gave me her direct line and that anyone would deal with it, if she wasn't in the office. Im very happy to say that again I dealt with another excellent member of your staff "John Ross"...Suzanne had left a correct paper trail that he could pick up easily.
My Party of 4 was so happy that everything went smooth and easy that we all decided to upgrade to Aqua class.
Thank you again to your excellent staff, I think good service deserves praise. We are really looking forward to our holiday June 2013 and will certainly return to you when we hope to have another cruise November 2013 on our 10th wedding anniversary.
