I have to say, I have found your after service at Planet Cruise very commendable, as each time I had a query and emailed your Helpline, I always got a quick reply, not only by email, but also on the telephone by yourself. I did complete the questionnaire some while ago, since our holiday, and named both yourself and Lee, with whom I booked, as being especially helpful. Its good to find such helpfulness in after-service, in this day and age.

My brother originally contacted Emma Phillips in July regarding a holiday to China for 2012. She spent many hours investigating and explaining all of the choices. The best option seemed to be a 32 day tour-plus-cruise. However, we then went away in the Summer and soon forgot about next year's holiday. When I contacted her last week to re-investigate all the options again, she happily checked all the prices once more and went through them with us yet again. As you can imagine, dealing with 2 different families was difficult but she managed to find a solution for both of us. You will be pleased to learn that we have now finally agreed on our holidays.
Throughout the whole process, Emma has been diligent, polite, courteous and friendly whilst remaining professional at all times.
