One of only two Panamax ships, approved to sail through the Panama Canal. Holds 1,970 passengers and has 700 balcony cabins.

This mid-sized ship launched in 2002, blending modern and traditional cruising. Expect a combination of ubiquitous buffets and bingo alongside sophisticated spa treatments and Mediterranean cuisine.

The Coral Princess reputably navigates through the Panama Canal and explores destinations such as Alaska and the Caribbean.

Traditional or modern? Cocktail or scotch? Diversity is a key aspect of this ship, so dressing smart or casually is entirely up to you.

Through the day, grab a bite to eat at some of the more casual eateries, which include Horizon Court Buffet for a good breakfast along with Princess Pizza and The Grill for all of your poolside favourites, such as hot dogs, burgers and pizza.

At night, choose between the traditional, modern, quick or specialist. Swing by the Bordeaux Dining Room if you don’t want to be limited by set times. The Provence Dining Room offers you the more traditional route though – it’s a place to make new friends and be looked after by your own waiter throughout the holiday.

Treat yourself to Sabatini’s if you have a taste for gourmet Italian food. Or alternatively, Bayou Café & Steakhouse will be serving wholesome New Orleans cuisine, including some of the finest steak you may ever have on board a cruise ship. Throughout your stay, take advantage of the room service, available 24-hours a day. It will be the pleasure of the staff to cater to your needs whenever you get peckish.

London-themed Casinos, refined lounges to smoke a cigar and watch the football, and starry-eyed theatre productions – what can’t you do on board?

Movies Under the Stars is the world’s first outdoor theatre on a ship – cuddle up under a blanket at night and watch a film with complimentary popcorn, or relax by the poolside through the day and lose yourself to whatever is on screen.

For something more up-tempo, Explorer’s Lounge offers guests an onboard nightclub experience, playing the classics and modern hits, along with curating specialist performances from top comedians, magicians + more. The Princess Theatre and Universe Lounge are for the culture vultures who enjoy the glitz and glamour of the west end – an all singing, all dancing immersive experience. If this isn’t your bag, you can head to Wheelhouse Bar for live music, or Churchill Lounge to relax with a cigar in front of the top sport channels.

One of the great things about being at sea with Princess is the access to red hot deals on designer clothes and gifts in the boutique shops. There’s up to 30% off RRP on some items!

On top of all this, enjoy enrichment programmes throughout your stay, world-class art collections and gallery viewings, a 24-hour Internet Café service and a library… and for those wanting to tie the knot on board, the Hearts & Minds Wedding Chapel is ready when you are.

Feeling active? Sports facilities include a gym, an “against the current” pool, a nine-hole putting courseshuffleboard and Center Court. After letting off some steam, relax in Lotus Spa or the Lido Pool hot tubs. Imagine seeing the glaciers of Alaska in the comfort of a hot tub?
