NCL Freestyle Cruising

NCL Freestyle Cruising offer an easy going casual experience with its Freestyle Cruising programme providing freedom, choice and flexibility in dining, onboard activities, entertainment and excursions.

Owned by Star Cruises of Malaysia since March 2000, Miami-based Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is notable for revolutionizing the cruise experience by introducing "Freestyle Cruising". A concept designed around providing fun, freedom, flexibility and choice to do what you like, when you like onboard a casual and relaxed floating resort.

With twelve 4* ships in the fleet, NCL Freestyle Cruising is currently one of the most innovative cruise lines afloat - you can choose when and where you want to dine and with whom with a choice of up to ten restaurants on board (depending on the ship) and over a dozen bars, sports and pools, NCL’s ships are becoming more resort-like than cruise-like.

NCL is also carving itself a niche in the US – it currently offers the only year-round service out of New York to the Caribbean. In addition, it is currently the only cruise line to offer year-round Hawaiian itineraries, its NCL America program, complete with U.S.-flagged ships, is the only cruise line in the industry to offer year-round seven day inter-island Hawaii cruises with round-trip itineraries from Honolulu. Providing more time in Hawaii and without the days at sea travelling to and from the West Coast of the US.

The latest NCL ships, the Pride of America and Pride of Aloha take the freestyle cruising concept onto another level, with 8 restaurants to choose from including Asian Fusion, American Steakhouse, Japanese Teppanyaki and Spanish Tapas, you choose the time you want to eat, with no fixed dining times or assigned tables. You’re free to dine where, when and with whom you wish. And with up to 10 different bars and lounges and the stunning Mandara Spa and leisure facilities, there’s plenty of choice of things to do onboard.
