Regent Seven Seas Cruises are recognized as one of the world's premier luxury cruise lines, with all suites and staterooms offering private balconies, with queen-sized beds and marble bathrooms with bath & shower.

With an average staff-to-guest ratio of 1:1.5, you can truly experience service that anticipates your every need – and for the ultimate in attention, a Personal Butler is provided in certain suite categories. What’s more, you won’t have to pay any gratuities, as these are all included in the price.

During the day, on board facilities accommodate whatever mood you are in – active, cultural or relaxing; or of course you can step ashore and select from a wide range of shore excursions to discover the ports of call.

In the evening, an extensive choice of restaurants, including “Le Cordon Bleu” at sea, will beckon you; all offer complimentary fine wines with dinner. As for the nights, they too can be relaxing or invigorating; thanks to the drama of the casino, West-End style shows in the theatre and the numerous lounges around the ships where you can enjoy fine Cognac and Havana cigars, listen to live music or even dance to jazz, rock’n roll or ballroom tunes.

With a wide selection of exotic, cultural, adventurous and romantic destinations, you really can choose where you want to be to get the best view of the world.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises, with headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is part of Carlson Hospitality Worldwide of Carlson Companies, Inc., one of America's largest privately-owned corporations.

The company was founded as the Gold Bond Stamp Company during 1938, in Minneapolis. They purchased their first Hotel the Radisson in 1962. Growing rapidly as a company, in 1992 they launched the Radisson Diamond, the largest twin-hull ship ever built; this marked the company's entry into the international cruise market. In 1996 through acquisition, the Regent Group was acquired. After the merger of Regent Hotels and Radisson Seven Seas Cruises during 2006, the line is now known as Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises offers a world class fleet of four ships the Voyager (700 passengers), Mariner (700 passengers) and Navigator (490 passengers) follow exotic itineraries worldwide year-round. The Paul Gauguin (the smallest at 308 passengers) sails out of Tahiti full-time. Mariner was the first all-suite, all-balcony cruise ship ever built. The Regent ships are renowned for simple yet tasteful elegance and fantastic personal service. A fifth ship, the Explorer II, is a chartered vessel that will sail just two 11-night Antarctica cruises in January 2007.

Although Regent has always included gratuities in the cruise fare, a big change this year was implementing an all-inclusive drinks policy. This covers wines and spirits at all bars and restaurants fleet-wide on every sailing. Previously, Regent had only offered this on world cruises. Another change was the deployment of flat-screen TVs in every stateroom.

One thing Regent did not change is its Le Cordon Bleu chefs, and its all-balcony-cabin ships (with butler service available in the top 88 suites). From these balconies, passengers can enjoy some of the industry's most exotic itineraries, including ports not visited by any other line. Indeed, as exotic and unusual shore-side experiences take center stage in the luxury cruise sector, Regent is setting the pace with tours like live game drives through East Africa's Amboseli reserve, in the shadow of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Regent’s view on their product is to provide an ultra-luxury cruise experience that also represents true value. In keeping with this philosophy, their voyages feature many enhancements, benefits or special events on a complimentary basis or at a minimal cost.
