Tickle the taste buds with hand-rolled sushi, or feast on poolside burgers and hot dogs.

It’s obvious that Emerald Princess is outstandingly diverse. Innovative onboard features and expert service contributes to fulfilling the “escape completely” motto at Princess Cruises. Highlights such as Movies Under The Stars and a 24-hour patisserie service are just some of the features onboard that make it an unforgettable cruise holiday.

From 2016 Princess Cruises guests sailing onboard Emerald Princess can enjoy a whole range of new features, from delectable new dining venues to luxury stateroom comforts.

New choices for dining include the Salty Dog Gastropub with it's menu of hearty classics and a gourmet twist. Menu options include lobster mac n cheese, pale ale pork cheeks and the mouthwatering Ernesto Burger devised by Chef Ernesto Uchimura himself. Also onboard is new venue SHARE by Curtis Stone, featuring shareable family style dining including charcuterie platters and more.

New interconnectable staterooms make the perfect choice for families who prefer adjacent rooms, whilst new Princess Luxury Beds provide superb slumber for all guests making it the perfect nights sleep at sea.

With the menu changing daily, and a selection of fresh, locally sourced food that would give any top restaurant a run for its money, it’s safe to say that chefs on board are some of the best at sea.

The freshly cooked smells of pastry and bacon from Horizon Court Buffet and Bistro are your dawn chorus at sea, serving up a huge selection of morning favourites. Casual dining options are readily available on board, meaning you can catch some rays by the pool whilst enjoying a delicious burger and ice cream from eateries such as Trident Grill or Café Caribe. Vines Bar serve up wine and seafood throughout the day and night for those in need of a refined snack.

The Botticelli Dining Room provides the attentive service and tables of new friends, for those who enjoy the classic cruise ship experience. Alternatively, dine at a time that suits your busy schedule at Michelangelo or Da Vinci Dining Room.

For those wishing to experience a truly indulgent gourmet treat, specialty options are available. Enjoy the taste of the Mediterranean at Sabatini’s Italian, or a steak/seafood supper at Crown Grill. Go the extra-mile and enquire about the Ultimate Balcony Dining – ideal for couples on board.

New venues onboard from 2016 include the Salty Dog Gastropub with it's gourmet style pub food and SHARE by Curtis Stone great for shareable dishes and social dining.

Enjoy the innovative Movies Under the Stars screen, dance all night in one of the nightclubs, or just relax with a cigar at one of the lounges.

There is plenty to do on board for all ages. With an abundance of spellbinding shows and musical extravaganzas, the family will love Princess Theater. If a more laidback evening is in order though, visit Movies Under the Stars, a huge outdoor LED screen showing the best blockbusters available. There are lounges located all around the ship, so if it’s a night in front of the football with a pint and a cigar you’re after, Emerald Princess is a perfect escape.

For those seeking all night entertainment, Explorer’s Lounge holds nightclub-style performances, whilst the likes of Skywalkers and Club Fusion will play all the anthems, old and new, to keep you on your feet. If you’re feeling lucky, a visit to the Casino is always great fun in moderation.

After all this, there is also the opportunity to learn new skills with the variety of on board classes.
