Booking for the cruise was easy but there was too much information over the phone to be absorbed. Hence the errors were made on the personal details which needs to be rectified. Did this on line by submitting the form . But none got back within 72hours .so had to email back for the action . But eventually got the reply but had to wait another 48hrs for the correction to be completed . That was the long bit so far .
