Italian-owned MSC Cruises specialises in Mediterranean cruising, and is now the third largest cruise company in the world, with a sixteen strong fleet.  MSC Cruises' ships belong to four classes – Lirica, Musica, Fantasia and Seaside Class.

Lirica class consists of MSC Lirica, Armonia, Opera and Sinfonia, carrying 2000 guests. Musica consists of MSC Musica, Orchestra, Poesia and Magnifica and holds 1268 passengers. Finally, Fantasia class consists of MSC Fantasia, Splendida, Divina and Preziosa, and are the largest of the fleet, holding 3900 passengers and boasting extra amenities.
