First time dealing with Planet Cruise. Had emailed them after hours asking to be called between 9 and 10 am the next day. The reason was that I could not see an aft facing cabin for our cruise in September on their website. At 9am the next morning got a call from Kevin. Explained what we were after and he went on to check their system, only to come back with three cabin numbers one of which we had been eyeing up on the P&O site. Got a full quote of him which had a discount off the standard price but could not book straight away as had to arrange annual leave. Kevin was courteous and very patient, gzve his direct extension. When I called late in the afternoon to book I had to leave a VM. He called me back shortly and completed the booking. We also had some further questions and Kevin patiently addressed them all. At no time we were made to feel like "well I've got you money now, cheerio", on the contrary the chap was very pleasant throughout. Thank you Kevin.
Excellent help from Deberah. I literally had no idea what I wanted and just gave Deborah dates and an idea where I wanted to go. She found the pet perfect cruise and destination. She was very patient and let me have time to check it out and speak to my parents who will be joining me. Very happy.
