Oceania Cruises have been at the forefront of luxury cruising since their inception in 2002. The sophisticated Oceania class and smaller Regatta class fleet offer the elegant charm reminiscent of a country club, boasting designer touches throughout the ships.

Riviera holds 1250 passengers and sits comfortably within the Oceania class, along with sister ship, Marina. The casual ambience and flawless personal service is accompanied by a selection of fine dining restaurants, vintage wines and some of the best enrichment programmes at sea.

Fly from the UK and experience luxury cruises like never before, visiting Mediterranean classics such as Rome and Venice, along with the best of the Greek Isles. For those venturing further afield, Riviera visits the colourful and vibrant Caribbean destinations, along with stops in Miami and Florida.

Food on board is magnificent, and you could even try your hand at a class or two with master chefs, this is a must-do experience for those wanting to learn how to cook a Mexican fiesta, French classics or indulgent crepes.

The Grand Dining room, with its crystal chandelier, will be the focal point for many nights of dining. The formal venue is hugely popular, along with alternatives such as the French-inspired Jacques restaurant, Asian-fusion favourite Red Ginger, classic steakhouse Polo Grill and the much-loved Toscana Italian.

In the mood for something a bit more casual? Terrace Cafe serves up a magnificent buffet day and night, whilst Waves bar serves up the gourmet burgers and succulent BBQ feasts ideal for a poolside nibble.

Activities on board cater to those wanting an indulgent and enriching cruising experience.

Visit the legendary spa, courtesy of the award-winning Canyon Ranch wellness facilities. Here, expect to enjoy a plethora of relaxing treatments, from a full body wrap, to skin treatments and acupuncture. There’s even a salon, perfect for those special evenings. There are also ample gym facilities.

The pools, jacuzzis and whirpool spas are popular for lounging by, particularly on those warm Mediterranean days. After a swim, grab a drink at Waves bar, followed by a spot of traditional afternoon tea, catered by pastry chefs fit for royalty.

The Artist Loft is fronted by an artist-in-residence who will keep you up to speed with techniques only an expert could teach, including a master-class in watercolours.

“Now and Forever” is the only show at sea officially approved by Andrew Lloyd Webber himself, featuring music by the legendary composer. The talented cast will also perform a roster of impressive theatre productions such as Up In Flames (music from Sir Elton John & Billy Joel) and Rock On, a love story to the score of classic rock anthems. After the show, why not try your luck at the Casino with new found friends on board?

The bars and lounges are fronted by expert cocktail makers who will be sure to remember your favourite drink. Why not try a Martini tasting session at one of the many bars and lounges. A night should always end in a dance at Horizons bar, where live jazz will be played to keep you on your feet.
