P&O Arvia is a fantastic cruise ship for families. As well as the fun-filled onboard activities and swimming pools, for those sailing with children, the kids clubs are a must. Let your little ones have fun and make new friends while you enjoy some downtime on deck, a spa session or shopping trip to the onboard boutiques.
When it comes to relaxing on board Arvia, the ship's pools are a must-visit. Head to the Beachcomber Pool where the chilled vibes and nearby bar are guaranteed to help you wind down, while the ice cream will be a hit amongst the younger cruisers. Meanwhile, for a touch of luxury, head to the Infinity and Panorama Pool and Bar. Complete with whirlpools, loungers, infinity pools and even a swim-up bar, this is the perfect place to soak up the sunshine on your P&O Cruises' voyage.
From formal dining options to the casual restaurants and poolside grills, there's something for everyone no matter what the time of day. As well as popular P&O Cruises staples at Sindhu, Olive Grove, Epicurean and Glass House, aboard Arvia you’ll also find 2 new dining options in Green & Co and 6th Street Diner.
Day or night, the SkyDome is the place to be on Arvia, with all-weather swimming, cooking demonstrations and game shows during the day, and live music, tribute acts, production shows and even late-night dancing once the sun sets. Meanwhile, you’ll find breathtaking live shows at the theatre and swinging seats, live DJs and delicious drinks at the Sunset Bar.
Whatever your mood and tipple, you’ll find a bar for you every evening. From gin and cocktails to homely pints, live entertainment to scenic views, you’ll soon find your favourite haunt aboard P&O Arvia.
What a fabulous ship Arvia is! I would definitely recommend anybody to at least try once in a lifetime experience!
We had an amazing cruise, the Arvia was fantastic, staff were attentive and very friendly. The food and venues were excellent with high quality food and plenty of venues to choose from. Our cabin was clean and tidy just what we needed and expected. The trips were good and not to expensive.
Loved the ship and all the destinations. Food was fantastic, plentiful and varied. The only negative we had was the flight. Aero Maleth has no entertainment for such a long flight and the stewards didn’t seem keen on serving too many drinks. We were delayed both ways and I think for the same problem; something not sliding into place in the hold. Otherwise, I would recommend the trip, just make sure you’re on a different flight.
Arvia is a large beautiful ship with an open plan feel, Greens Restaurant inc Mizhuana was really good. We felt that the cruise was more aimed at the younger clientele, the food in the Zenith and Meridan resturants was nice. Sindhu was not so good on the Arvia, also the cocktails were ok but lacked variety. The 710 club was really good as was the retreat especially a waiter named Advent who was always pleasant and helpful, However entry to the retreat needs to be policed better as people were letting in their friend and family who never had lanyards. Shore excursions were good apart from one which we found rather dull and boring. Our cabin steward Mel was excellent and went above and beyond to help us.
