We had a great time the fyords are a great place to go it’s so beautiful and clean and a lot to see.columbus ship was clean and tidy the captain kept us well informed on what was happening the shows were lovely and all staff were very helpful.
This was our first time on a cruise ship (for our honeymoon) and I must say we both had our expectations surpassed. Getting on and off board was arranged so well, not much hanging around at Tilbury! Columbus is a great ship, the staff are wonderful, the food excellent. Excursions to the Norwegian mainland were amazing to look at, the Fjords really are a sight to behold. Two minor gripes; having to pay for wi-fi (which we didn't) and the very old cabin televisions that are outdated and will not read anything on a USB flashdrive. Otherwise full marks and would definitely do it again!
Fantastic ship with great staff and service. My only complaint would be the other passengers who thought that the children shouldn’t have been there and complained about them therefore spoiling their cruising experience - maybe next time they should pick a non multi generational cruise!! Also as a suggestion for future cruises with children may be offer more activities aimed at the teenage age range, but this is a suggestion not a complaint. Other than that we had a fab time thanks.
Only our second Cruise and the first with CMV. All aspects of this Norwegian Fjord Cruise were excellent. Direct Cruising from UK Port a bonus. We would certainly recommend CMV for a relatively small vessel for Adults only. Also excellent value in todays Cruise Market. We will hopefully Cruise again with CMV at some time in the not too distant future.

Fantastic cruise. Staff, entertainment, cabin, food/drinks, we're excellent. Couldn't fault anything. The scenery was just breathtaking. We have booked another cruise with cruise & maritime for next year. Would highly recommend plant cruise & cruise & maritime.
LOVED IT !
Check-in procedure went very smoothly with no long queues and very friendly staff many of whom we met later on the ship in various roles. Cabin was very comfortable with all the basics. Steward was very thorough, pleasant and looked after us very well. Meals were good with reasonable choices and service was at a high standard. The entertainment team put on excellent shows that would have graced any London or New York venue. Ship's crew and staff were friendly and helpful. Ports of call gave us a flavour of the Caribbean. The highlight was the car drive around Havana. Weather overall was very good. Good cruise, value for money and we would do it again.
I feel very proud that, as Brits, we have now circumnavigated our island country! Most of the places we stopped were either beautiful or interesting or both. It varied from island communities to cities. Beware though, swimming pool lovers, the onboard pools is NOT heated.
Excellent cruise though we didn’t take any of the excursions.
